Operation: Single acting/double acting pneumatic cylinders 

Butterfly Damper with Sealing System

Butterfly damper with sealing system includes two butterflies. And seal is made in the area between these two discs, injecting close air at a very high pressure. The system appoints a pressurized chamber that ensures valves air-tightness on the conduit. Limited to conduit pressures less than 250 mm of water column, this system makes sure the air tightness of the valve. It is made up of a sealing valve, a dilation compensator, an electro-ventilator and a sealing pipe.

The system has the following actuators:

• Pneumatic Actuator With Regulation

Insulation: The valves are equipped for an outer insulation of 200 mm. A sufficient space is left free, in order to change the bearings and packing in future without removal of the insulation.
